NoPanicPost Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use NoPanicPost, a personal command-line tool that uploads your own videos to your TikTok account as drafts.

Use

• Use NoPanicPost only with a TikTok account that you own or are allowed to manage.
• Upload only content that you have the rights to, including music, images and video.
• Follow the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Label AI-generated content in TikTok when you post it.

What NoPanicPost does

NoPanicPost sends a video to your TikTok inbox as a draft. It does not publish anything. You review the draft in TikTok, add the caption and settings, and decide whether to post it.

No warranty

NoPanicPost is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. TikTok can change or stop its API at any time, and uploads can fail.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss that comes from using NoPanicPost, including failed uploads or content decisions you make in TikTok.

Ending use

You can stop at any time. Remove NoPanicPost's access in your TikTok settings and delete the local token file. See the Privacy Policy for the steps.

Changes

Changes to these terms are published at this address, with a new "Last updated" date.
